Who We Are

Chain Bridge Construction was founded in 2025 by John Britt and Steve Ferrari. In our short history, the firm has completed projects for repeat clients, including JBG Smith, Cushman Wakefield, and JLL. We have also helped many of our clients, including GSA, Department of Transportation, the International Monetary Fund and HITT Contracting meet their minority contracting goals. Chain Bridge Construction is well equipped to meet all our clients’ needs—delivering with the highest standards of quality, service, integrity, and experience.
