John Britt – Principal

John Britt has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, managing and providing executive leadership for multi-year term contracts at top-secret government facilities and new construction, renovation, and build-out projects for federal and commercial clients.

Prior to joining Cierra Group, John was an Executive Vice President at HITT Contracting Inc., where he served as a member of both the firm’s corporate steering and corporate executive committees while providing executive oversight to the Government, Institutional, Commercial Services, and Recruiting divisions.

Steve Ferrari has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry with a particular focus on commercial real estate development and tenant interiors construction for U.S. Government agencies and federal contractors. Throughout his 30 years, he has performed a wide range of construction from small interior fit outs to large full building renovation projects. In addition, he has completed several small building additions and new construction.

 Steve’s background includes 20 years at HITT Contracting, where he ascended within the organization from Project Manager to Vice President. During that time, he led a team of up to 13 employees ranging from construction assistants to project executives. His annual revenue in his group averaged approximately $70 million
